This was the best experience I could ever ask for! I had doubts that me getting even an older car would work out and I ended up with an awesome brand new car for a price that I can afford. The first day I worked with Abe Lincoln and he was really helpful in terms of showing me my options. The next d...ay I worked with Arben and he made it all happen he was extremely helpful and worked with what I had he definitely tied to knot. He was easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him as my sales guy as well as Abe. After I decided to get the car I then talked to Matt K who told me some options in terms of the upkeeping of the car. Although I didn't go with all the options given to me he still gave me advice on how to keep those areas pristine which I really do appreciate. He hit me with knowledge I didn't know was there. We then finished it all off by talking to Dave Martin who was great. He knew how excited I was and was extremely satisfied to see me leaving happy which is really cool. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to like everyone else. Overall I experienced some of the most exceptional customer service at the Glendale Nissan and it is by far the best out of all the dealerships I've been to in terms of customer service and selection of cars. I will 100% be returning here once my lease ends. Show more

Just had a great experience with Arben at this Nissan dealer. We felt right at home and feel extremely good about our purchase there. I went in there to look at a nice jeep that was sitting on the corner. As we were looking at it, Arben, a car salesman came out to us and asked if we wanted to test drive. The service shop is very helpful and trustful! Ask for John. Recognized the problem with the car within a minutes of hearing it and showed me to confirm once the car was lifted. It was a quick fix so he helped me out big time, while another nissan dealership tried to charge me $2,000 to fix the so...und. The other dealership made up some random problem with the wheels. This is my Go To Service spot to get my car fixed from now on. Show more

Purchased a Juke SV and sales person Brent assisted. I can't recommend him enough! Courteous, forthright and extremely knowledgable. OK.. at one point, it took a long time to retrieve the vehicle from another lot and I got antsy but Brent handleg things respectfully and professionally.

After moving to PA we decided we wanted another Nissan Altima. We checked prices here locally and checked them online at Glendale Nissan and found the prices approx 2k lower than in PA. We made the drive and met with Brent Alexander who sold us our previous car 3 yrs prior. He was very helpful and w...e were very happy with the car we bought. Brent went out of his way to help us. Even after we returned to PA the next day and noticed a light missing he took care of it by having the part shipped to our local Nissan dealer no charge for repair. These are the types of people you want to do business with. Decent, Honest, Fair and Caring. We will be back in a couple of years for our next Nissan Show more

My husband and I are expecting our first child this September and decided to purchase a family friendly vehicle. After doing some research and test driving similar vehicles, our gut and ratings told us to pick the Nissan Rogue. Our salesman, Artur, was very helpful and quick at getting the ball roll...ing. We had 2 cars to trade in, he worked with us and helped get us a fair value. He took us for a test drive and went over the vehicle thoroughly. Manny in service is excellent to work with. They tell you want you need and what possible things may be needed in the future. They don't try to pressure you to fix anything but are very informative.
