Car buying is never really fun, but they made the process fairly painless.  I purchased my new car from them in 2012 and we were back yesterday to buy another.  We worked with Rolando and I would highly recommend him and the dealership.  Positive experience start to finish.  We didn't get ripped... off on the trade in either - which is really refreshing!  We left with the exact car that we went to buy at a good rate with an affordable payment with a fair interest rate.  Excellent selection, too!  I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends.  Thank you, Glendale Nissan - exceptional customer service! A great car buying experience! I never write reviews, but wanted share my positive experience at this dealership. I truly don't understand why people are posting so many negative reviews about this dealership. My husband and I contacted a sales person online about a 2016 Nissan Rogue and requested a...n online price. They responded promptly but of course gave us a price that included all of the incentives. It was still a great price. We decided to give it a shot and visit the dealership. The sales manager Rebecca and our sales person CJ were both great and were really trying to get us into a car that we both wanted. We were kind of picky and test drove a couple of rouges. When we finally picked one they really worked with us to try to get us the price we were comfortable with. They couldn't find us the color that we wanted and so they lowered the price of the car some more. Manager Mario was very helpful and professional. The wait for the finance department was a bit lengthy, but the signing process was really quick. My husband and I visited Gerald Nissan before and did not have a good experience there at all. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Glendale Nissan to our friends and family. Ask for CJ he's great and will work with you and will try to get you the car you want. We had a very pleasant experience with Arben at Glendale Nissan. I went in to look at a used car for our college-bound daughter. Since I was going to be spending her money, I was interested in getting the best deal I could for the safest car I could find. I found the car on CarFax.com. So, I knew th...at the condition of the car was likely to be good, but I'm always wary when buying used cars. Arben and his manager, Charlie, offered for me to take the car home overnight so we could have our mechanic give it a once-over before we decided whether or not to buy it. That was a good indicator for me that they weren't worried we'd find anything amiss with the car.Our mechanic gave it a thumbs up, and we went back the next day to talk to them about how to save our daughter the most money. :-)  After a bit of negotiating, we were really happy with the deal that Arben was able to make for us. It's a peach of a car, and I can't wait for our daughter to get home and check it out! She's going to love it!Thanks to Arben for a really enjoyable experience. I'm never a fan of the car-buying process, but this really went pretty well. Show more

I don't normally write reviews but I just couldn't pass this review up!!! By far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! It may seem like I'm over exaggerating BUT I'm not. I've bought several cars from different dealerships, and I have to tell you, the individuals who works at Glendale Heights Nissan... goes above and beyond to assure that your whole experience will be the BEST experience you've ever had. From the moment I walked in the dealership I was scared, afraid of being disappointed but those fears all went away thanks to George Wood and Tim Dirvin. They both are AMAZING at what they do. They both were professional, personable, experienced, and above all friendly. They weren't pushy and really listen to what I had to say. They got me into the car I was looking for, okay I have to admit I was REALLY wanting the Nissan Rogue BUT considering the situation I was at and considering the payment I wanted to make, they still got me into an AMAZING car. I came into this dealership thinking I would be leaving with a certified used vehicle, I ended up driving home in a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV!!! A 2016...I was in shock when Tim told me that was the car they can have me drive away with!!! NOT ONCE, did they make me feel like I was a bother. They answered all of my questions quicker than I can say Hello lol. A special shout out to the Sales Manager, Mario Zubek, for getting me such a great deal and even BETTER DOWN PAYMENT!! I was in shock when Mario told me about the down payment!! To the finance guy (as soon as I get his name I'm going to update it here), he explained everything to me in detail and even made me laugh, he too was professional and obviously very experienced as well.I would have to say I think the only down fall about this whole experience was just the wait, BUT that's typical in all dealerships!! Overall, THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I can't thank all of them enough for what they have done for me....If there is a way I can give more than 5 stars then I would lol. Once again, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH George, Tim, Mario, and EVERYONE at Glendale Heights Nissan. My mom is thinking about getting a car soon as well, I will DEFINITELY have her go here, she'll be treated like royalty!! :-) Show more

Reading all the bad reviews here and this compelled me to comment on my experience with GH Nissan.First, bought a new Murano here in 2014. Have great credit and they pretty much went out of their way to get me the best deal. I used truecar as my gauge and one other quote from St Charles Nissan.They ...brought me down to the great price without much haggling. Only thing I didn't care for was the anti-theft etch charge from finance dept on the contract. Finance guy was a little peeved I read the contract to make sure no hidden cost were in it...but too bad. Service department and parts are great to work with. It's an old waiting room, but these guys have vast experience bc of the volume of cars that go through. Some days they can do a wash, but I don't care. From what I understand the dealership has to deal with many people from all walks of life, but have their fair share of upside down trade ins/bad credit and this sours people bc they are unableto negotiate the best deals. Be sure to give them a chance on prices for choice of Nissan  bc they've never have done wrong by me. Show more

I bought a car from this dealership last year and experience was quite pleasant. Except for they don't include destination charge in the price like most other dealerships do for new vehicles. This is usually $400-800 addition to tax and title.This year while in the market for another vehicle for a f...amily member I decided to try out this dealership once again. I was contacted by a sales person Bryan Alfaro who confirmed the car I was interested in. I set up a time to come in and take a look at the car. Bryan confirmed with me 30 minutes before my appointment to check if I will be on time. Upon my arrival I met with Bryan who asked me to speak with another sales person. This is where things took a turn for the worse. Right off the bat I was told car had been sold last night I asked why Bryan had not informed me of this initially or during his call when he confirmed. I understand they can't hold the car for me but could have saved me the unnecessary trip. Instead of an apology they made excuses of how its impossible to know that the car had been sold. Although it has taken them all of 2 minutes to check while u was there. They made no effort to find something comparable. It was a total waste of time and really soured my impression of these guys. Few days later I gotta call from customer service who asked me about my experience when I explained my disappointment the rep asked what he could do to make it better. Given that I go in for regular maintenance on my other vehicle asked if they could throw in a tire rotation next time I am there. Literally the least expensive thing at a dealership. Customer service rep went into "check" with service and told me it was way to expensive. This left me puzzled and I asked him why? To this he said that's what they are saying. I asked to speak to someone in service, I was told they were busy but someone will call me. A week later still no call. They seem extremely shady after these experiences.Update: I spoke with Rebecca from Glendale Nissan after my comment had posted. She was extremely professional and very courteous. She was very understanding and ensured me she would do her best to rectify the situation. She ensured me I would receive a complimentary tire rotation. Her empathy and commitment to great customer service helped alter my view of this business. Glendale Nissan is lucky to have a committed team member like Rebecca on their team. I will be scheduling my complimentary service with Rebecca's assistance in the next few days. Show more

Alright, I have to say I read all of the reviews prior to writing my own.  I have bought my last 9 Nissans from this dealership most were new and two were used. My latest purchase was right off of the show room floor, a yellow Juke that I feel in love with. My sales man was great his name was Arben.... but even better was my finance guy Dave Martin who use to be a sales man there and now works finance.  Dave is the most trustful salesman/finance manager anyone could possibly ask for. He has sold me my last 9 cars and if he ever leaves this customer will follow. Talk about no hassle I call Dave tell him what I want, tell him what I can afford and he makes it happen. Dave you are the reason we keep coming back to Glendale Nissan.  We have also had very good service with the service department.  I love Nissan products but to be able to by one from someone you really trust makes a big difference.  Thank you Arden and thank you Dave, I tell you this everytime I leave your dealship, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!Laura Juneau-Smith Show more

This review is for the service department. Manny was very polite, informative  and friendly. He has helped us in the past and he was very easy to work with. In fact, everyone I dealt with in the service department was polite and friendly. I would recommend them for good service and efficiency.
