For the 2018 Nissan Frontier, we’ve just learned new information about tech upgrades, along with official U.S. pricing.

How much does the 2018 Nissan Frontier cost?

Long holding the title of the most affordable pickup truck in its class, you can imagine the 2018 Nissan Frontier continues to offer the same low price. This year the pickup truck has a starting MSRP of $18,990, which is a few hundred dollars higher than the starting price from 2017.

You might be wondering what has changed for the 2018 Nissan Frontier that would make it worth paying just a little bit more. This year, a rearview monitor, Bluetooth, air conditioning, cruise control and a 5-inch screen with Siri Eyes Free compatibility.

As you can see form the pricing charts, the 2018 Nissan Frontier comes in King and Crew cab configurations, either as 4×2 or 4×4 drivetrains. A 152-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine is standard in the base trim, with a 4.-liter V6 offering up 251 horsepower and 281 pound-feet of torque available as an upgrade.

It has also been announced that a Midnight Edition will be offered for the first time on the 2018 Nissan Frontier, though the package isn’t available at launch. Much like other Midnight Edition trims, the Frontier has a host of black features to give an aggressive appearance to the pickup truck. These features include a gloss-black grille, 18-inch gloss-black aluminum-alloy wheels, semi gloss-black step rails and more. Though pricing isn’t available at this time, we know the package will be available on the Crew Cab SV trim, either 4×2 or 4×4 models.
