2017 Nissan Armada Pricing and Availability

There’s been quite a bit of hype in the automotive world over the all-new Nissan Armada. While the Rogue and Murano have surpassed it in popularity and numbers sold, the Armada is still near and dear to our hearts because it is Nissan’s flagship SUV afterall.

The reason for its slack in sales is because it still is a large, truck-like SUV which has slowly been weeded out by the rise of the crossover generation. Just because crossovers have become the latest trend doesn’t mean that the desire for a large and powerful sport utility vehicle has been done away with, and with the Nissan Armada entering a new generation, it’s more appealing than ever before.

Now that it’s finally here in the United States, let’s talk 2017 Nissan Armada pricing and availability. Read the rest of this entry »

How does Nissan Rogue compare to the Mazda CX-5?

The advantages to owning a compact crossover SUV continue to grow as each model becomes more impressive every new model year. The 2016 Nissan Rogue vs Mazda CX-5  are two competitors fairly similar in size serve well as family vehicles but also are prime choices for those looking to step up to something larger than a sedan or hatchback.

The Mazda CX-5 chooses to remain a five-seater. It also doesn’t provide quite as much space as the Rogue is able to, coming up short at 64.8 cu-ft while the 2016 Rogue creates a maximum of 70.0 cu-ft. Read the rest of this entry »

Overview of Nissan Altima Crash Prevention Safety Technology

Although some of our parents and teachers might have claimed to have eyes in the back of their heads, we haven’t seen any proof yet. When driving though, wouldn’t it be nice to have a set of eyes watching from behind you? Or even a co-pilot that could keep lookout of your blind spots and even predict an accident before it could take place?

And even though human reaction time can be quick….sometimes it’s just not quick enough. Fortunately, Nissan has added another layer to its Intelligent Safety Shield to not only protect the driver and passengers in a crash but hopefully entirely avoid it all together.

You may have heard some things about advanced safety technology or crash prevention systems, but we’d like to go a little deeper into what they are and how they work in this overview of the Nissan Altima crash prevention safety technology. Read the rest of this entry »
