2016 Nissan Murano Hybrid Glendale Heights IL

There’s no denying the ongoing success of crossover SUVs in the automotive industry; especially because they are such practical and flexible options for families. Passenger space and efficiency can greatly vary, especially depending on the size of the vehicle. The Nissan Murano, just redesigned for 2015, is a more refined and modern choice than most, appealing to a wider audience.

Having settled into its new design, the trim ladder for the 2016 Nissan Murano gained a couple of extra rungs this summer. For the first time ever, two brand new hybrid trim levels are available, the SL Hybrid and Platinum Hybrid. The 2016 Nissan Hybrid in Glendale Heights, IL is powered by a gas engine that is paired with an intelligent battery system to optimize its power and fuel efficiency.

The all-new Murano Hybrid is powered by a 249-hp 2.5L 4-cylinder SuperCharged engine that is paired with an electric motor. The Intelligent Dual Clutch System and lithium-ion battery help to make for a smooth and more eco-friendly ride.

All-Wheel Drive

While you can’t predict what the road or weather ahead of you is going to be like, Nissan’s intuitive all wheel drive system is able to step in when need be; it’s able to sense when one of the wheels has lost traction and automatically redirect torque.

Power Panoramic Moonroof

The floating roof appearance already gives the Murano a lower and more open feeling compared to most SUVs, but to really give the Murano an open feeling, a power panoramic moonroof is available, extending over both rows of seating.

2016 Nissan Murano Hybrid: An eco friend of the family

For the 2016 Nissan Murano, its hybrid trim levels reside at the top-of-the-line. The Platinum is the highest model while the SL is just one slot below. The Murano is available in four main trim levels: S, SV, SL, and Platinum which are each powered by a 3.5L V6 engine.
