It’s put on quite a bit of muscle mass while its front end has been fitted with the brand’s new look, the V-motion grille with brand new sweptback headlights.

Just to be clear, this is not a redesign year for the Pathfinder, but it did undergo significant change inside and out in addition to revamping its engine to house more power. Engine

The 2017 Pathfinder will still be powered by its 3.5L DOHC V6 but some critical changes have been made. New pieces and parts have helped the Pathfinder to now achieve 284 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque.

Towing

Although it’s not a new engine found within the Pathfinder, the revamping has sufficiently increased power output which has boosted towing capacity. Capability now trespasses on midsize trucks, maxng out at 6,000 lbs.

Drivetrain

Class-exclusive, the available All-Mode 4x4-i Dial allows you to choose from 2WD, 4WD, and Auto Modes. Change the dial yourself or allow the Pathfinder to intuitively sense which mode is best to remain in control when weather and terrain that lies ahead may be unpredictable.
