What to expect under the hood of the 2021 Nissan Kicks 

To start, the 2021 Nissan Kicks packs in the standard 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder with Continuous Variable Valve Timing Control System. Rated at 122 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque, the engine is paired with the Xtronic transmission which powers the front wheels.

For nimble handling, the Xtronic transmission has a front independent strut, stabilizer bar suspension matched with rear suspension featuring twist beam and twin-tube shock absorbers. The S trim level has 16-inch steel wheels mounted with 205/60R16 all-season tires, while the SV and SR trim levels have 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with 205/55R17 all-season tires. 

New to the 2021 Nissan Kicks 

New performance features offered with the 2021 Nissan Kicks include an electronic parking brake with auto hold and Intelligent Cruise Control, which are standard on the SV and SR trim levels. The SR provides more performance features like Intelligent Trace Control, Active Engine Brake and Intelligent Ride Control.
