Nissan Gripz Concept Debuts at Frankfurt International Motor Show

The Frankfurt International Motor Show began yesterday, allowing automakers to show off the latest vehicles and even innovative, unique concept vehicles. Nissan is one automaker that stepped up to the concept plate when it introduced a cutting-edge crossover that has everyone talking. The Nissan Gripz concept has debuted in Frankfurt and now we are beyond excited to see what else Nissan has in store. This concept is an incredible looking crossover vehicle that gives Nissan a chance to showcase what they feel is the future of crossover vehicles. The Nissan Gripz concept design takes elements of the crossover vehicles of today and combines them with an efficient hybrid engine and electric motor of the Nissan Leaf along with elements of the performance and styling from Nissan’s past sport cars.
Nissan has also taken inspiration from racing bicycles, which can be seen in certain aspects of the design like the steering wheel and center console. It is actually pretty impressive what Nissan has come up with in combining so many different elements into a single vehicle. Though the Gripz crossover is just a concept vehicle, we like to think that this is an indication of what we can expect in future Nissan crossover models. There have certainly been many concept vehicles from Nissan over the years and the Gripz crossover will join the others as another bold statement from our favorite automaker. As always, Nissan is on the cutting edge of innovation, and concepts like the Gripz crossover will keep us on our toes as we wait for the next big thing.
