Features and Specs of the 2020 Nissan Versa

For many years, many people often looked towards the Nissan Versa as a great budget sedan but may have opted towards models such as the Altima or Sentra. However, now the Versa is back and better than ever, impressing drivers left and right with its new design, performance and technologies. With the new model coming out soon, we wanted to highlight a few of the features and specs of the 2020 Nissan Versa.

For 2020, the Versa will be available in three trim levels, including the S, along with the SV and SR, which is a sportier take on the standard S model.

The third of four Nissan models to receive a redesign in the past year, the new sedan is lower, wider and longer than the previous models to give the sedan a more exciting driving experience while still offering roomy passenger and cargo space.

While the Versa has never been a showcase for power in the Nissan lineup, the new model does see an improvement in performance thanks to a next-generation 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine capable of 122 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. This engine can be paired with an Xtronic transmission or a 5-speed manual transmission.

Nissan also offers technologies for the new Versa such as the available Nissan Safety Shield 360 technologies, along with other features such as the Blind Spot Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
