What’s new with the ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link?

ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link upgrades 

The ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link has had a bit of a facelift with its features. Some of its features have been upgraded and there are now more features to take advantage of. Keep reading to learn more about what you can expect with the ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link.

Upgraded features 

Some updated features include the new Head Up Display (HUD) on the windshield. This feature will use Traffic Sign Recognition and show navigation displayed right on the windshield so drivers can keep their eyes on the road with less distractions. The fully configurable 12.3 inch Digital Dashboard has been updated as well.  

New features 

New features to the ProPILOT system include Speed Adjust by Route, which reduces speeds on curves; Extended Auto Restart Timing, which allows drivers up to 30 seconds before having to press RES+ or tap the accelerator to restart and Speed Limit Assist, which lets drivers decide whether or not they need to adjust their speed according to the sign 

System improvements 

Braking now has next-generation radar performance which provides longer range detection and gives a smoother braking. The Lane Marker Detection uses a new camera to detect lane markers to reduce the time to activate the steering assist. The steering assistance has been improved for better on-center feel, especially on curves.
