What’s included with the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve?

Just recently, Nissan revealed its pricing for the 2018 Nissan Armada. We saw a slight price bump, a few new features, but nothing groundbreaking. Except now Nissan has just flaunted a new trim level that wasn’t initially announced: the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. So what’s included and is it an enticing package? Here’s what you need to know.

2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve Features

You never know when, or where, an automaker will reveal something new. In the case of the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve, the new trim was presented at the State Fair of Texas. Though we love the Armada, it’s the state of Texas that has proven to purchase the model most, perhaps because everything is bigger in Texas?

Here’s what’s included in the new, highest trim level:

  • Dark Chrome exterior trim
  • 20-inch Dark Chrome wheels
  • Custom two-tone leather-appointed seats
  • Black quartz and premium wood tone interior
  • Platinum Reserve badging

These special appearance features are in addition to what you’d find on lower trims, including Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Rear View Mirror, Tri-Zone Entertainment, climate-controlled front seats, the 13-speaker Bose Audio System and more. The Intelligent Rear View Mirror is among the newest Nissan features, as it incorporates a rear camera that can be switched on and off. The benefit of this? You remove any obstacles in the rear from view, both cargo you might be hauling and the C-pillars.

The 2018 Nissan Armada is already rolling into dealerships, but the new Platinum Reserve trim is offered with late availability, with an expectation that it should be on display nationwide in late October. The model, being a top trim, will be priced with a starting MSRP of $61,690 for the two-wheel drive model and $64,590 for the 4×4.
