Nissan Motorsports 60th Anniversary at NISMO Festival
While Nissan was founded nearly 85 years ago in Japan, it wasn’t until years later that Nissan formed their Motorsports division. Nissan Motorsports has come a long way since its introduction and will soon be celebrating a milestone anniversary with Nissan drivers and enthusiasts. Let’s take a look at the upcoming Nissan Motorsports 60th anniversary at the NISMO Festival.
What did Nissan Bring to the 2018 NISMO Festival?
The Nissan NISMO Festival is taking place at the Fuji Speedway in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, on Sunday, Dec. 2. This is the 21st annual year of the festival for fans, as it will give Nissan fans a chance to see the new Nissan Formula E car and new EV models as well.
In fact, there will be more than 50 cars featured at the festival, all of which have competed in races all around the world from rally cars from the 1950s – 1980s, prototype models from the 1990s and currently GT and Formula cars from today. Past and present Nissan drivers will also be signing autographs and taking pictures with fans attending.
