Nissan dealership service center

We understand your vehicle plays a key role for you to access important amenities, like food and medication. While the hours will be modified, the service centers will continue to stay open in case any vehicle troubles arise.

Employees

Our highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our Nissan employees. For those who have the ability to do so, we have directed them work remotely until further notice. Our U.S manufacturing facilities had suspended production until early April. All these actions are to help reduce the risk of spreading the Coronavirus.

Current owners

Nissan and NMAC Customer Service are offering payment extensions based on each customer’s situation. To discuss payment arrangements or assistance, call 1-800-456-6622 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Community outreach

Nissan understands the shortage of materials needed for those on the frontlines. To help fight the spread of Coronavirus, the company has been using 3D printers to print headbands and assemble protective face shields. All these protective gears are being donated to health workers.

Future owners

To lend support to those considering Nissan, there is a special 90-day Delayed Payment Option to qualified customers with special APR.
